Burden For The Living

Another Dead Hero’s latest offering once again shows a distinct progression of the band’s ever changing sound. With triple guitars, bass and percussion the record moves from the darkest plunges of human existence to the angelic callings of our innermost thoughts.

Burden For The Living display’s the band’s versatility and presence, with Saunders c , Marsala, Saunders r and Houghton generating sheer visceral force as well as subtle intricacies throughout the record whilst Allum and Burley create a solid and at times manic tempo that brings the apocalyptic undertones of the record to life.

With the beautiful vocals of Laura Davies and the tortured growl of Tom Halliday Burden For The Living is a dark, violent and unforgiving record which also maintains an air of hope within the crumbling world created throughout the record.

Quick update! Another Dead Hero are due to play the Camden Underworld on Saturday 31st May 2008!

If you live in the Braintree area a coach service is available together with the ticket for £10 all in.

So come on down, listen to some good tunes, drink lots of beer and have a damn good time!

Another Dead Hero are back!

Oh yes! The band have just started off their 2008 gig campaign with a fantastic night at Hogs bar in Braintree! The band have several dates lined up and it would be fantastic to see you there!

2008 is shaping up to be a pinnacle year for the band, with a strong new album due for release in just three weeks and a fresh new energy from the band, things can only go upwards!

Happy New Year, all be it a bit late!

Another Dead Hero have been busy working away on the new record, which is due to be released mid February.

The release of the record will be followed by an official record release party, hopefully in March, although more details will follow!

The band are looking to play a string of dates across the country in 2008 to promote the new record and to raise the band 's profile to another level.

In 2007 Another Dead Hero recieved some good press and exposure from their last EP Praise The Machine , which has left them in good stead for 2008 and the new record Burden For The Living .

So, watch this space boys and girls, more album details, gig dates and other information to follow soon!

Hello one and all!

Apologies for the lack of updates in the last couple of months, Another Dead Hero have been working hard on finishing material for their latest offering, which was recorded this week at Stag Studios, Witham, Essex.

Five days later and the record has been laid down, we are currently awaiting the 1st final mix which should be ready any day now!

All that is left now is to start preparing the artwork, promo gear and tour dates for the release of the new record in February 2008, so watch this space!
