Caution joined together to make music at the age of 11 after meeting at Waingels College. All of the band live within a mile of each other in Woodley, Reading. First the songs were just basic riffs and random lyrics but over the years they have created songs that have astonished their audiences.
At the age of 14 in 2006 the band came 4th overall in the England final of the Global Battle of the Bands competition. Winning through 2 rounds to get to the final they beat off bands that were at least 4 years their senior. In 2007 they entered GBOB 2007 and again came 1st at the heat held at the Borderline London on June 6th, and after coming 1st at Musictek on 1st Sept they reached the England final held on 28th Oct 2007 at Birmingham Town Hall where they again came 4th for further details see links on web site www.sjackman.freeserve.co.uk

The boys are 15 16 years old .

History so far
The band write their own songs and are always busy writing material. They recorded 4 of their tracks at the Whitehouse Studios in Weston Super Mare. These can be heard on their myspace website, link below

In June 2007 the band were invited to play at the local Woodley Carnival at the Carnival they were spotted by a director of Marvellous Festivals who invited them to open the Saturday Show.

Their influences and style
Alongside their own material the band enjoy playing covers of their favourite bands including Fall Out Boy, Lostprophets and Funeral for a friend. Other bands that influence them are My Chemical Romance and Green Day.
